When we receive a new file, we take every piece of information presented and transpose each data item into our database system, for cross-reference purposes. We also place the file on diary and we print out a field file for reference. The flat fee for this service is 1 hr of time, although extensive files are subject to a greater time allotment, if applicable. Very brief assignments are charged a 0.5 File Setup assessment.
