People get injured (or allege they get injured) in a wide variety of ways and under an endless array of circumstances. Sometimes your client (insured) is responsible, sometimes not, but sometimes it's hard to tell who is responsible, because often it's a combination of both.

While minor claims can often be handled behind a desk, with a few phone calls, when serious injuries occur you need an investigator out on the front lines getting you the information you need and as quickly as possible: scene photos, comprehensive diagram, witness canvassing, etc.
